Jesse (Bud Callie) Freeman Sellers Sr., 53, died Nov. 7, 2006, at Hutchinson Hospital.

He was born July 2, 1953, in Hutchinson, the son of William H. Jr. and Arlene L. Freeman Sellers. He was a graduate of Hutchinson High School and Hutchinson Community College with an associate's degree in science. A longtime resident of Hutchinson, he worked for Golden Plains Healthcare Center and TECH, both in Hutchinson. He had previously worked for Cessna, Hutchinson and owner of Dr. J's Lawn Service. He was a referee for Hutchinson Recreation.

Survivors include: his father, Hutchinson; a son, Jesse Jr., Wichita; three daughters, Victoria Wolf, Melinda Wolf and Delilah Klug, all of Wichita; two brothers, Mike, Hutchinson, and William III, Wichita; 11 grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his mother, twin grandchildren and a niece.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home and Crematory, Hutchinson, with the Rev. William Green presiding. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday, with the family receiving friends from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery, Hutchinson. Memorials may be sent to Golden Plains Healthcare Center or TECH, in care of the funeral home, 300 East 30th, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
